How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@glowritualskincare.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 1-2 business days. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
