PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. See checkout for current thresholds.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country's customs authority. GlowRitual has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
GlowRitual is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at hello@glowritualskincare.com and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@glowritualskincare.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
DELAYS
GlowRitual is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
