We want you to love your GlowRitual device. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all devices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, email us at hello@glowritualskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included
- Items must show no signs of damage beyond normal use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost. Email hello@glowritualskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items showing physical damage caused by misuse
- Consumable accessories that have been opened

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@glowritualskincare.com.
